How do I create a custom Access Profile?
Please Note: Custom Access Profiles are only available to PayClock Online Enterprise users.
- Click on the User Menu at the top of the web page.
- Select Access Profile.
- Press the New button.
- In the Profile Name field, enter your desired name for the access profile.
- Under Permissions will be a list of areas for PayClock Online, check the box next to each area you wish your custom access profile to have access to.
- Selecting each area will present a list of abilities and features you can allow or not allow the Access Profile to use or have access to. Next to each feature will be a drop down menu, select your desired option in the drop down menu.
- Once all of your areas and features have been selected and adjusted, press Save.
